Role Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us build and scale our commercial function. You will work closely with leadership, contributing ideas, testing approaches, and building something that is both effective and sustainable in a regulated life sciences context.

What you will do

  • Own and develop the business development function, from outreach strategy to pipeline management.
  • Build and refine processes, tools, and ways of working that support scalable growth.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and position the right solutions—focusing on value, not just volume.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution.
  • Continuously improve how we approach sales, using data, feedback, and experimentation.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, with the ability to build or structure a business development function.
  • Proven proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in life sciences is required.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo AI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to areas such as Track & Trace, CSV, Quality, PAT, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with confidence in solving complex problems.
  • Clear and structured communication, both internally and with clients.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and providing the right solution—not just hitting targets.

Location requirement

This role is open to candidates based in Frankfurt, Germany. We cannot support working from other locations or relocation.
