Sales Executive

Role Overview:

Due to the high level of ongoing projects, we are looking for a trainee TraceLink Consultant in India to join our team. You will work closely with our Project Managers (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), helping deliver high-quality, compliant systems for clients.

What you will do

• Support implementations and ongoing improvements on the TraceLink platform, working across delivery, documentation and coordination.
• Help keep work inspection-ready by contributing to clear evidence, traceability and controlled ways of working.
• Work day to day with PMs and SMEs, learning how to deliver in regulated environments without creating unnecessary complexity.

What we’re looking for

• MA preferred; BA acceptable in IT, Informatics, or related disciplines.
• Proven proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience managing or implementing TraceLink solutions is a plus.
• Experience in life sciences and regulatory requirements is a plus (especially track & trace).
• SAP exposure is a plus. Business process modelling or test automation experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence solving technical issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both colleagues and clients.

Location requirement

This role is open to candidates based in India only. We cannot support working from other locations or relocating to India.
