Senior Track & Trace Administrator
At Amalia Technologies, we work with regulated life science companies and their suppliers, helping them navigate the complex world of GxP compliance. Due to the high level of ongoing projects, we are looking for a Sr. Track & Trace Administrator in India to join our team.
The right candidate will find themselves working in the middle of it all, delivering high-quality, compliant systems to our clients and working directly with our Project Managers (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The work-from-home model applies for this position, though travel to a client’s location will also be required.
This role requires a high level of drive, independence, and the ability to bring solutions to the table.
What we’re looking for
- MA is preferable, but a BA is acceptable in IT, Informatics, or other disciplines.
- Proven proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing and implementing TraceLink and/or SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP ERP, EWM, BPM, PI/PO and S/4HANA projects is a plus.
- Extensive experience with Life Sciences and regulatory requirements is a must.
- Proficiency with global Track & Trace and Serialization Regulations.
- Ability to validate and support regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in Business Process Modelling or Test Automation is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills in solving technical issues related to the TraceLink system.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with the team and clients in written and oral form.
